Town Cemeteries
A number of small grants have been used to protect town cemeteries including Hope, Munsell, Liberty, Dwight. Lake Vale, Hillcrest, and South cemeteries. CPA funds have been used for fencing,and for restoration and preservation of headstones and vaults.
Town Hall
CPA funds were used to repair and paint the windows in the Town Hall.

The Stone House
Several grants have been used to replace windows and shutters at the Stone House and to make other structural improvements.
Clapp Memorial Library
In 2008, CPA funds were used to restore the stained glass window of St. Cecilia at the Clapp
Library (CPA funds: $43,780)
In 2014, CPC funds voted to rehabilitate the wood trim and the detail of the library including the
dormers, cupola and upper windows. (CPC funds: $35,000)
In 2015 $26,000 was granted to repair the lift and make the library accessible.
St. Francis Parish
Replacement of 66 windows with historically accurate windows.

Hope United Methodist Church
Rehabilitation of the church to meet ADA Compliance with an elevator and handicapped accessible bathrooms.

Lake Wallace and Foley Field
In past years, a number of CPA grants were given to purchase Lake Wallace and Foley Field, to preserve the spillway, access trails, and road, and to build the athletic fields. In 2014, a grant was given to build a fence that clarifies the parking areas and protects the playing fields.
